Cobalt offers a wide range of functional and cosmetic equippable items which can affect the wearer's defensive, offensive and movement capabilities by modifying stats and providing abilities and passive effects.
The game distinguishes two types of equipment:
Armour - clothes and equipment which provides a regenerable health increase.
Gear - equipment which provides the wearer with abilities and passive effects.
Different actors can use different types of equipment.
