Template:Criticism section: Difference between revisions
(Partial revert of Knowledgekid87: It's important that we give direct guidance to editors who want to know why criticism sections are bad; currently, that exists at WP:Criticism, which is more of an explainer than an opinion essay. It is also linked from the NPOV policy, a good indication of vetting/community buy-in.) |

This article's "criticism" or "controversy" section may compromise the article's neutrality. (October 2024) |
Description
This template is meant for articles with Criticism, Controversy or similarly-titled sections that segregate a series of negative details into one section.
Note that criticism and controversy sections are not prohibited by policy, and the tag should only be used if there is a real concern that the criticism section and its contents are causing trouble with the article's neutrality.
Adding this template to a section without opening any discussion of the matter on the article's talkpage may result in the template's removal from the article.
Usage
